Strange reports from the Olympic Village

In just over a month the eyes of the World will be on London, England as the UK hosts the Olympic games. There have been a number of strange reports coming from people involved in the preparations, some that are perhaps understandable, some which are decidedly odd. As you might imagine, security is tremendously high with several military groups being co-opted to assist. Overtly we have the deployment of surface to air missile installations on several key rooftop locations, backed up by and linked to radar facilities providing 360 degree cover around London. We also have increased surveillance cover both from enhanced CCTV cameras and from the British army close support group using remotely controlled helicopters and drones. There have also been a series of secret exercises involving British and American special forces units including hostage retrieval exercises and hijacking scenarios. These are pretty much as would be expected in an age of global terrorism, but the preparations go beyond this. Alongside the radar installations are some additional equipment pods which are rumoured to be ultrasonic crowd control devices developed by DARPA, the US high tech defence development group. These operate by producing a pulsed ultrasonic tone that is intolerable to human hearing.

Alongside these are a couple of other high tech installations that are less obvious. As part of the development of the Olympic village the apartments have been build over a far deeper set of foundations than the buildings require. The same is true of the stadia, and in addition the electrical services being added to the London grid have a significantly higher capacity than is required to power the events. Getting any information on these developments is extremely difficult, the blueprints and design and build reports being classified, officially to protect athletes and spectators, but reports from construction staff suggest that there could be up to five levels of sub basement under these new structures. The fitout of these levels have been outsourced to two companies that are not listed as official suppliers to the Olympics and appear to have been set up specifically to service this one contract. Access to areas of these sites has been restricted since the initial construction phase, and materials are delivered at night in unmarked trucks. People who have witnessed these trucks being unloaded say that the contents are similarly unmarked with no tracking labels or company branding.

Certainly, an event on this scale would be an ideal opportunity to conduct large scale tests of new crowd control technologies, and there are stories coming out of China after the last Olympics that Chinese Intelligence operatives carried out several covert operations under cover of the 2008 games including hacking of communication networks and infiltration of broadcast signals with pro-Chinese subliminal messaging. The current suggestion is that some of the equipment being shipped in to London was created as part of Project Bluebeam, a CIA plan to use holographic projection equipment to create a globally significant event, possibly a false flag alien encounter at a point when viewing figures are at their highest, during the 100 metre final for men. What is certain is that this is the first global event at which all communication will be monitored, all e-mail, phone calls, text messages and instant messaging correspondence will be tracked, decrypted and analysed, and the first at which fully integrated monitoring of all attendees will be a matter of course. It will be interesting to see what happens given the coincidence of the timing of the 7/7 underground bombings the day after London won the games in the first place.

CIA Project Monarch conspiracy

An early part of the ongoing CIA mind control experiment, project Monarch brought together key Nazi scientists brought to the US under project Paperclip to create the ultimate intelligence asset. An asset that was not aware of its own role, the ultimate secret agent, completely ordinary, unknown and unknowing until triggered by a key word or phrase. The idea behind project Monarch came out of a desire to create infiltration agents in all aspects of significant economic, military, governmental and social agencies. These agents would be undetectable as even they would not know their true role until actvated, and would return to their previous existence once deactivated. In order to achieve this a multi-phase project was established. It was clearly initially that the most likely solution to achieve the desired result was a form of deeply embedded hypnotic suggestion, but it was also known that standard hypnotic techniques were firstly unable to make someone act against their ethical standards, and secondly induced a zombie like “trance” state once triggered. Neither of these issues were considered desirable in these operatives. Consequently the decision was made to work with leading psychological researchers to find a way to overcome these problems.

The solution was a combinatory process. It had previously been discovered that susceptibility to hypnotic suggestion was a genetic trait, so testing was implemented at early school age to find children who displayed these traits. Having established the identity of these children their parents were also tested and in cases where suitable candidates were found the parents were introduced to religious cults controlled by the CIA. Classic examples of this are seen in Jonestown and Waco. These religious cults carried out brainwashing techniques perfected during World War II by Japanese and German scientists and created an environment in which the sexual abuse of the receptive child could be guaranteed. The sexual abuse was fundamental to the destruction of the psyche of the child, and this psychological destruction was the second phase of the indoctrination process. Following this second phase the child would be introduced to mind altering chemicals and to further torture based techniques of psychological manipulation. After several years of this treatment the child would be ready for programming.

Programming takes the form of deeply embedded sequences of commands often layered to prevent accidental activation, but even so, accidents have happened, most famously in the case of Lake and Ung, serial killers who had been programmed in the 1960's and who became serial killers after Lakes accidental activation and his subsequent activation of Ung. The concept of psychological trauma and sexual abuse leading to psychopathy is well documented, and it can be no coincidence that the US has seen a marked increase in serial killers in the last 50 years. A similar pattern has emerged in Russian and China, were similar programs are known to run, but perhaps most tellingly in Argentina and Columbia, the post war location of Martin Bormann and Joseph Mengele, two of the leading proponents of the Nazi research into mind control and other esoteric phenomena.

Controlling freedom through assassination

From the earliest beginnings of recorded history to the present day there is a continuous stream of inconvenient people who have been removed in a very controlled and calculated way. In many early examples this is described as sacrifice, the sacrificial King given to appease the Gods, or to protect the dynastic line, or for the good of the society, but with the benefit of hindsight what becomes clear is that there is always an ulterior motive, and that motive is always the same, to exert control by a demonstration of power. Essentially, stating that if you are in the way of “the way things are to be” you will be destroyed. Whether it is Tutankahmun, Julius Ceasar, Ghenghis Khan, any number of Chinese Emperors and European Warlords, or Martin Luther King, John F Kennedy, John Lennon, Bob Marley and Bill Hicks, it doesn't matter how powerful you are, or how well loved or respected, if you are in the way, you are finished. Historically this was often achieved in fairly overt ways, and was reported in such a way to suggest that the reasons behind it was understood. It appears that this change at some point in the 17^th Century with the enlightenment movement. It seems that there was a shift away from overt assassination for a purported common good and a development of a more shadowy tendency to misdirection and sleight of hand. It is interesting to note that this period is synonymous with the foundation of both freemasonry and Simon Weishaupts Illuminati.

So, why the change? The reason stems from an understanding of the aims of the organisations that appeared around this time. Prior to the 17^th Century the powers behind control existed on a National level and were typically represented by a priesthood, the implication being that their actions were sanctioned and guided by the Gods. This gave some rational, some credence for the actions, and meant that questioning the situation was difficult. The point here being that the reason was overt. The change was fundamental. The societies that were established were guided by one overwhelming philosophy, secrecy. Even within the societies members were not necessarily fully aware of the reasoning behind the societies actions and decisions. It is not for nothing that to this day the only banned topics of conversation with a Masonic lodge are politics and religion. This is not for the stated reason that these topics invariably create division, but more prosaically because fundamental to freemasonry is an underlying religion that is by its nature governed by secrecy, even from its own initiated members.

With a need for secrecy, comes a need to be able to misdirect attention. Assassination has often been done quietly, but since the shift emphasis has been placed on developing ever more subtle techniques. Examples of these are the Boston brakes technique of creating a fatal car crash by taking over control remotely of the target vehicle. This technique has been used most famously to kill Princess Diana and Marc Bolan. Poison is a common method, Bob Marley and Bill Hicks having been killed by the introduction of carcinogenic compounds into their bloodstream through pinprick injuries, a technique also used by Russian secret agents to introduce polonium using sharpened umbrella tips. Another popular method is the creation of a “Manchurian Candidate” a victim of mind control, usually triggered by a code word or phrase, who functions perfectly normally until activated and then carries out his or her orders, usually an armed assault on the victim. This was the method used to create Lee Harvey Oswald, John F Kennedys killer, Sihan Sirhan who killed Robert Kennedy, and David Mark Chapman, the killer of John Lennon.

All of this means that the real reason for the assassinations is kept deeply hidden, but essentially it remains what it has always been. A means of making sure that control is maintained. The only difference between ancient Egypt and modern America or the UK or Europe or China is that the forces exerting control have changed. What was work carried out in the name of God is now work carried out to keep the name of Satan hidden until his time is come.

Control through fear

Fear is an emotion. It triggers chemical changes in the body, the release of neuro-transmitters signal the adrenal glands and the body responds by increasing heart rate and breathing, over oxygenating the blood, sharpening the senses and preparing the body for fight or flight. These changes have been well established for over a century, and even before the body and its workings were understood, the effect was known and used back into antiquity. The Greek armies made use of adrenalin responses to drive troops to higher effort and ruthless violence. The Roman army, renowned for extreme discipline and controlled aggression understood the use of fear driven adrenaline both from the point of view of combating it when faced by a screaming barbarian horde, and in releasing it in extreme brutality in suppressing rebellion. Famously the Vikings created an entire warrior caste from this phenomenon, the berserker, a shield biting, raving lunatic, utterly powerful and capable of fighting through catastrophic injury. With the understanding of the mechanisms of the human brain and body and a scientific knowledge of adrenalin and its effects came a refining of the process of using fear responses to exert control and to modify behaviour.

Through the First and Second World Wars a tremendous amount of research into the effect of combat scenarios of soldiers, the effect of shell shock and post traumatic stress disorder, and particularly the ability to make soldiers commit acts of atrocity that would be unimaginable for anyone without a serious psychological condition such as psychopathy. This reached a peak in Nazi Germany with research carried out by Joseph Mengele as part of an effort to create a super soldier for the German army based on an Aryan bloodstock. His efforts involved genetic manipulation through selective breeding, early experiments in genetic mutation, chemical and pharmacological manipulation of the body and mind, operant conditioning and behaviour modification by positive and negative reinforcement. After the second World War and the defeat of the Third Reich, a defeat in part engineered by Mengele in co-operation with Martin Bormann and other senior Nazis, Bormann having become disillusioned with Hitlers growing paranoia and poor judgement and had forged links with Russian intelligence agents, Mengele continued his work first in South Africa and later in Argentina, before spending time working with American intelligence agencies.

The key area of research was in using fear to completely break a subjects mind, creating a split between the id and ego, a possibility put forward by both Freud and Jung, then rebuilding the mind incorporating new programming. This work was perfected on individual subjects by 1956, but research continued through the '50's and '60's to fully establish that the programming was permanent. From 1962 onwards there was a push to expand the project to program large groups simultaneously in the same way. This is the real reason behind the termination of all non-military research into LSD but that is for another post. The best example of these experiments in their earliest guise were the failures at Jonestown and with the Manson “family”. Here the breakdown of subjects was achieved successfully but the re-programming failed to take. The reason was that the reliance on pharmacological breaking of the psyche had moved too far away from its origins in fear responses and consequently had caused the complete removal of the id rendering it impossible to rebuild the brain successfully. This led to modifications to the chemical structure of LSD to create “bad trips”, fear centred hallucinogenic nightmares that fracture the mind in a more productive manner.

Research continued into the 1980's when further technological development in microwave generation and use removed the need for LSD but maintained the basic structure of fracturing the psyche through fear, in this case externally induced paranoia although the result is the same. Success was achieved in the 1990's and most recently was successfully deployed in the Middle East in the triggering of the “Arab Spring” uprisings. Further deployments are planned, although details are conflicting, but North America is one slightly surprising target. Never forget that for the New World Order to rise, the old order must be completely discredited and destroyed.

UK Underground bases and mind control

Following on from the recent article on large underground UK military bases, further information has come to light regarding the mind control aspects of these facilities. It has long been suspected that microwave radiation in the 2.4Ghz range can create an effect of interfering with normal brain patterns. This is one of the areas of research by mobile phone companies since these devices operate at these frequencies, as do microwave ovens and wireless computer networks. What is less well known is that these microwaves can be used directionally and have been weaponised by the United States, Russia, China and Europe and that these weapons have two purposes, a heating component as a weapon, and as a neural pathway affecting beam. The way in which these weaponised microwave devices has come about is interesting. Many military air bases have covered domes around them reported to be radar installations. This appears to be valid, as airforces bases require high levels of radar cover, and domed radar posts are a well understood technology, but there is a problem with this story.

These bases have more of these posts than would effectively provide cover, in fact the position and frequency of these posts would cause interference patterns between radar signals that would adversely affect coverage. So if these domes are not for radar what are they for? The suggestion is that these are weaponised microwave facilities. One of the reasons for this suggestion is quite simple. Have you ever seen what happens to metal objects in a microwave? Making a microwave weapon out of metal is not an option for this reason, and plastics are not resilient enough for rugged combat situations. This led to a need to create a non-metallic material for the devices. Coincidentally a similar problem is faced by high speed travel through the atmosphere, as evidenced by recent hypersonic UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) tests over the Pacific where a vehicle travelling at speeds in excess of Mach 20 broke up after its skin peeled off. So, what technology have we come across that overcomes these problems? Certainly ceramics are an option, they work well on the shuttle, except when they don't, and are used in composite tank armour, but there is another alternative. We haven't developed it yet but nano-engineering of carbon atoms can theoretically create super strong, super light materials that would be perfect for the job.

Just because we haven't developed the technology yet doesn't mean that some else hasn't. The material found at the Roswell UFO crash site described as being like aluminium foil but with a memory sounds remarkably like descriptions of carbon nanosheets coming out of research facilities. The implication is that our military is engaged in the use of Alien technology to create highly effective microwave weapons that are specifically designed to influence and control neural pathways in the human mind, effectively allowing large groups of people to be remotely controlled. This technology has been trialled and proved to be effect in America during the Hurricane Katrina disaster, by the Russians during the Chechen conflict and by the Chinese during the Beijing Olympics. What is interesting is that in the run up to the London Olympics, in addition to the positioning of ground to air missiles around London there are installations of “radar” domes purported to be part of an air defence grid, but wouldn't it be useful if you could guarantee the mental state of the crowds that will be in attendance? I wonder what the real plan is.

Flat screen TVs and mind control

Have you noticed that you are more tired when you wake up after an evening sat in front of you plasma or LCD TV than you used to before you got it? Have you experienced more vivid and disturbing dreams? Have you noticed that your dog or cat pays far more attention to your flatscreen than your old cathode ray tube (CRT) TV set? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, and I strongly suspect that to be the case then you may want to read on carefully. A little science first. Plasma and LCD TVs work in a distinctly different way to CRT sets. They generate a far higher electromagnetic field which interacts with mammalian brains and particularly with the pituitary gland and the limbic system. For years the elite have been experimenting with mind control through subliminal messages, and while it has been shown to work in some cases, typically 85% of any given population are to some extent resistant to the manipulation. Work carried out under Project MKULTRA, project Montauk and project Bluebeam demonstrated that a subjects susceptibility to subliminal mind control could be significantly enhanced by a combination of pharmaceutical drugs and electromagnetic stimulation of certain brain centres.

So, the industrial-military complex got busy. They needed a way of getting a device into everyones homes that they could control and that could generate a sufficient EM field to create a sufficient effect, and at the same time a way of getting doses of a designer neurological chemical to an entire population. The answer was a combination of genius and madness. The water that you drink from the tap, that nice healthy fluorinated water gets you a nice health dose of LSD/MDMA derived psychoactive that puts your mind into a receptive state. Your 42” plasma TV emits a very specific EM pulse that weakens your resistance. There is just one more step in the process. You'll have seen the reports that digital TV is the way in which better picture, more choice, more channels and better programming are going to be sent to you. Well guess who is behind the development of digital TV? Guess who it is who is arranging for the switch off of analogue transmitters so that even if you stick to your old CRT set you still have to add a set top box that just happens to emit the same EM frequency as the flatscreen. Coincidence eh?

That lovely clean digital TV signal has another benefit, but not for you. It is far easier to modify a digital signal than it is to modify an analogue one, or to put it another way, it is far easier to embed extra signals into a digital feed, extra content that your newly susceptible mind laps up greedily. So the next time you go out and overspend on your credit card, the next time you overeat, the next time you buy a lottery ticket or feed coins into the slot machine at the bar, just stop for a moment and ask yourself why? Did you really want to? Or is somebody else making your decisions for you? Just to make sure you get a really good nights sleep, just wait till your brand new “intelligent” digital TV arrives and you are constantly connected to the internet. Now thats two way traffic. You'll be sat watching TV and every channel you flick to, every show you watch, every youtube video, website and forum you go on will be monitored, and as if that wasn't enough, did you know that all “intelligent” TVs have a miniature webcamera built in to them? Big brother truly is watching you! Better go easy on that “adult” content from now on eh?

Mind control through electro-magnetism

It is well established that the brain functions by the firing of electrical impulses between neurons, and that these impulses are strong enough to be detected outside the cranium. The impulses are in the 40 to 80 millivolt range and and there are in the region of 100,000,000,000 neurons within the brain. The impulses can be measured by electroencephalograph (EEG) machines proving that the electrical field created by the brains activity extends beyond the brain. This has an implication which is currently being explored by neurologists and psychologists in the mainstream but which has been utilised by government intelligence scientists since the 1940's and '50's and is still being carried out today. One example of mainstream research is the “God” helmet, developed by Persinger. The helmet is designed to generate complex electromagnetic fields that are thought to interfere with the brains own activity and create auditory and visual hallucinations including a sense of another presence, and in some people a sense of the presence of God.

There is some controversy over the success of the technology, and several experiments to replicate the helmet and results have so far failed, suggesting an alternative explanation for the results found by Persinger, usually based on th susceptibility to and ease with which subjects can be directed to experience the desired results, essentially a placebo effect. This is all very interesting, but it is not the conspiracy behind this article. The God helmet is however a part of that conspiracy. The technology used for the helmet generates a complex electromagnetic field at a very weak level, less than the strength of a fridge magnet, over a long period of time to stimulate an effect. However there is another version of the technology which uses a much stronger magnetic field and a tightly focused simple EM field utilising pulses. The controversy over the God helmet is specifically designed to draw attention away from this field of research by suggesting that it is a dead end.

The reality is that the strong magnetic field research has been shown to have much more significant results, but you won't have seen those, because they are all classified. There are three distinct strands to this research. The first was developed as part of the Philadelphia experiment, a project aimed at cloaking naval vessels utilising strong magnetic fields to bend light around a target object making it invisible. One of the side effects of the experiment was that crew members suffered extreme psychological damage leading to further experiments on the effect of magnetism on the human brain. The second came from project Montauk, a CIA experiment into brain washing that used a combination of high frequency sound waves and electrical stimulation, and the third strand is based around the research of Dr. Joseph Mengele into anomalous neuropathology in twins and the difference in neurology of different races.

By diverting attention away from successful development of this technology the intelligence community has been able to enhance it to the point that it no longer requires the vast electrical input of the original experiments. One of the ways that it has been enhanced is to make it deployable in domestic environments. Think of the electrical items that surround you at the moment. The computer screen that you are watching this on, the wireless network connecting you to the internet, the mobile phone you will use to tell your friends about it, the cordless phone you are about to take a call on and so on. Each of these devices generates enough of an EM field to influence neural activity. These devices can also be controlled remotely both by radio signal and via the internet. The purpose of the deployment of this technology is to directly influence behaviour and is part of the ongoing development and deployment of mind control technology.

Social engineering conspiracy

From a former special advisor to the Foreign and Commonwealth office :

Throughout the 20^th Century there has been ongoing research in many countries into ways of controlling large populations both overtly, through force of arms and covertly, through techniques such as information management and psychological control. The first of these methods has been used since the earliest beginnings of humanities transition to societal and communal living, and it has been, and still is limited in its effectiveness because it relies solely on the dominant group being able to physically suppress the often numerically larger subservient group. This, as has been shown in numerous revolutions to rely on an implicit acceptance by the subservient group to be dominated. As soon as this acceptance is removed, the dominant group tends to be overthrown and replaced. It has been the desire of the dominant to achieve a state within which the overt controls are no longer required for almost as long, because control by covert means suffers less from the acceptance problem, given that it can only be challenged if it has been revealed.

The earliest, and still most common form of covert control is religion. There is often debate amongst theologians and students of comparative religion regarding the similarities between geographically disparate belief systems, and the explanation often presented is that many belief systems developed from a single root source and were modified as groups of early civilisations became more diverse and faced more varied challenges, but the remnants of the original beliefs was retained to a greater or lesser extent in stories such as creation myths, global floods, stories of giants and so on. This is unlikely to be the case given the number of assumptions that it relies upon, principle amongst these being the assumption that there is a core of truth to these beliefs which has lent them strength to retain their broad shape over multiple thousands of years. In reality the story is rather different, and relies on no assumptions other than the idea that in any society there is a need to control a large proportion of the population, if one regards this as an assumption rather than a simple statement of fact.

Using this need for control as a start point it becomes clear that religion is a potentially powerful tool of control if it is harnessed in the right way. People are instinctively ware of their own mortality and are habitually wary of situations of uncertain safety. As a consequence an idea that offers security, and also offers the hope that death is not the end has a tremendous appeal. If you analyse the similarities between World religion you see that they tend to relate to highly uncertain and highly dangerous situations. Examples are cataclysms, floods, fires, earthquakes, monsters, demons and so on. The point of similarity is that these disasters are caused by behaviours that tend towards individual freedom rather than group thinking. One of the best examples is that most religions proscribe sexual freedom, and most commonly homosexuality. Sexual freedom is common amongst almost all higher mammals, with the caveat that sexual freedom is repressed whilst raising offspring, but returns once offspring are grown. Sexual diversity encourages genetic drift and increases hybrid vigour within a species. Homosexuality plays a role in this, sexual activity both homo and hetero sexual encouraging cooperation between individuals, strengthening communities.

The proscription of sexual practices is key to understanding the way in which social control works since the principle is to curtail individual freedom by making certain natural behaviours unacceptable thereby creating mental disharmony and lack of balance. Once an individual is challenged in this way they become easier to control, and the more freedoms you proscribe, the easier the control becomes. That is the history, and it has been highly effective. The 20^th Century has seen a step change in the use of covert control techniques. Technology development has increased the ability to disseminate information on a scale that has not been possible before. Alongside this, the understanding of the details of the way in which the brain works has developed. It is interesting to note that many religions are wary of psychology, and more specifically psychotropic drugs. The reason for this is again clear. Psychology presents an opportunity for a shift in those who have power away from religious leaders and towards governments. It is worth noting that the rise of technology and understanding has occurred alongside a decline in religious belief, but that there has been no concomitant shift in individual freedoms. The bulk of the population is still just as controlled but in a different way and by a different group.

The aim is to reach a point that there is a fully two tier global population, a small global elite serviced by and provided for by a vast slave population. The 1% is only the start......

The NLP Conspiracy

Within counselling and therapy communities there has been a rapid upswing in the number and type of “talking” therapies that are in common use. In the main these are understood to be developments of the work of Freud and Jung in the sense that they encourage the recipient of the therapy to talk about their problems, thereby dealing with them through a process of analysis and understanding. I came to this area of study through enrolling in a hypnosis course at my local college some twenty years ago, with the aim of setting up in practice to offer help with stopping smoking and weight-loss. Having completed the hypnotherapy course I was offered the opportunity to continue my studies with what was at the time a relatively new field of therapy called Neuro-Linguistic programming. NLP was originally conceived by Richard Bandler and John Gringer of the University of California, Santa Cruz during a study into how successful therapists achieved their results. The study developed into a framework of therapy that could be taught and replicated.

The original concept of NLP is that by use of positive keyword reinforcement and psychological training techniques negative thoughts could be modified to give more positive outcomes. Essentially patterns of words can effectively change the way in which the brain itself functions, creating new neural pathways and “better” ways of thinking. From the outset the principles of NLP were contested, as was its specific efficacy in a variety of psychological conditions. The creators of NLP disputed between themselves and uptake of the therapy itself was often beset by problems of establishing the background of those providing training. Further, the claims made for the benefits of NLP were often greatly exaggerated leading to mistrust and misunderstanding. These issues created an environment within which people could become highly proficient in NLP techniques without consideration for ethics or standards. This may not appear to present a significant issue, and certainly the same issues have been raised about several other therapies, but the background to NLP is rather different, giving rise to legitimate concerns over its use.

As an experienced practitioner I would question the use of the term Conspiracy theory with regard to the issues surrounding NLP given that the evidence is so clear. Bandler and Gringer were supervised at Santa Cruz by Gregory Bateson who had previously worked on secondment to the US intelligence agency on project MKULTRA, the CIA mind control experiments. It is reasonably clear the much of the work in NLP in terms of changing perceptions and modes of thinking comes in large part from the research within MKULTRA and that the overall effect of NLP can be likened to a form of brain-washing. Given the lack of control over the number or background of those trained in NLP through the 1980's and '90's it will come as no surprise that there are organisations now gaining respectability with the mainstream psychology community whose ethical position with regard to the use of NLP is highly questionable.

Within the UK and USA large organisations exist providing NLP training to corporate and governmental bodies essentially creating a pyramid selling scheme through language modification and mind control. These organisations have the aim of building a network of highly placed individuals with the media, government, health and education sectors with the long term goal of attaining a similar status to a large religion. In many ways the actions and techniques of these organisations are remarkably similar to those of religious cults, particularly with regard to controlling environments, contacts and in some cases diets and sleep patterns. From my own experience I know that having trained as an NLP master practitioner I was placed under considerable pressure to recruit new people to be trained. I chose to withdraw from practice, having become disillusioned with the way in which NLP was being used and spread, and it is perhaps telling in itself that I have been effectively ostracised by former colleagues and friends who still practice.

There is far more to NLP than a harmless therapeutic technique. At its ultimate level it combines linguistic psychological control with manipulative body language and subliminal conditioning techniques to create a powerful and insidious control mechanism. The biggest issue however is that NLP is becoming widely accepted as a mainstream branch of genuine psychological techniques rather than the sinister cult that it actually represents.

UK Underground bases conspiracy

Ok, a little clarification first. This is not an article about decommissioned nuclear bunkers, or underground sections of standard military bases, both of which have formed the basis for conspiracy theories historically. There is no conspiracy in maintaining the secrecy of facilities that are active in protecting the security of the nation, that is just good sense, nor is there a conspiracy of releasing only partial information regarding obsolete facilities. Again it is simple good sense to withhold information that may present opportunities for foreign powers to develop an understanding of ones defensive strategies, even vicariously. Having said that, there is a different category of underground facility, which, whilst still highly classified, is of no significant defence interest, nor likely to become so. Please also note that details of location will not be presented here, although they have been presented, although misinterpreted, elsewhere.

My background is in civil and mechanical engineering and I hold a doctorate in building design. My specialism is subterranean construction and tunnel boring and I have worked as a consultant for the past fifteen years to the British Government. I hold security clearance to DV rating with additional triple A clearance of special projects. In 1997 I was contracted to act as a consultant on a project to provide disaster recovery for data communication networks in major UK population centres as part of the Millennium Bug project. As part of this project I was given access to three facilities located beneath major UK urban centres. These facilities had been built in the years between 1960 and 1965 as part of the nations defenses against potential nuclear attack. My role in the project was to prepare an analysis of these facilities to consider their suitability for conversion to disaster recovery sites. As such I had access to blueprints and service schematics, as well as the sites themselves.

In common with many such secret facilities the documentation did not represent an accurate statement of the facilities, indicating far less development than was the case. The development of each site had been concealed within road construction operations in areas of each city centre where roads had been tunnelled under existing buildings. Having spoken to construction workers involved with the project, the road construction crews were unaware of the additional works. Access to the sites is found within the road tunnel network giving excellent security since the tunnels are monitored by local police forces for vehicular accidents as a matter of course. Based on the technical drawings that I was provided with I had created a model of one of the sites as being a three storey subterranean structure with two access points extending to a total internal area of 3000sqm and a maximum depth of 75m. On accessing the site I discovered that the facility was in actuality spread over six storeys to a depth of 300m and extended to in excess of 100000sqm.

I could see no obvious explanation for the discrepancy, and because it was an integral part of my analysis I was given access to the original specification documents for the site. It is at this point that the conspiracy theory element comes to the fore. The original specifications made no mention of protection from nuclear assault, nor were the materials used of the design compliant with nuclear strike or electromagnetic protection. Furthermore, the facilities were not designed to accommodate people over the long periods of time to afford protection from fallout, having inadequate ventilation and filtration systems for such a purpose. On closer inspection, both of the documents and the facilities themselves it became clear that they had been designed and constructed as research laboratories, and had been built in such a way as to afford internal compartmentalised containment of the type more commonly found in biological and chemical weapons research laboratories.

It is therefore my contention that throughout the 1970's the UK government was engaged secretly in the development of weapons in contravention of the 1972 United Nations Biological Weapons Convention. Further it appears clear from subsequent research that these sites were engaged in testing chemical and biological agents on members of the UK public. These tests included joint tests with the United States security services on large scale effects of psychoactives and hallucinogens under the auspices of Project 112 (the Edgewood arsenal experiments). It can be no coincidence that civil unrest occurred during the 1970's in areas of the UK correlated to these sites. It is unlikely that definitive evidence of this work will be released, and experiments were discontinued in these locations in 1983 and the facilities emptied and mothballed. Due to the compartmentalised nature of these sites, investigation without a clear understanding of the scope and layout of the site is highly challenging, and the location of each site makes unobserved access impossible. The sites were deemed unsuitable for re-use given the potential contamination risk, and remain un-used at the current time, although suggestions of use as high resilience regional telecommunication and data centres has once again been suggested although this will require significant redesigns and re-engineering.

It is interesting to note that large scale urban regeneration projects are currently underway above two of the three sites....
